Eligible for Refund
- Platform error prevented access after payment
- Duplicate payment charged for same series
- Test series not delivered within 24 hours of payment
Not Eligible for Refund
- Test already attempted or partially completed
- Change of mind after successful access
- Account suspended for policy violations
1. Refund Eligibility
MockOrbit offers refunds in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: If you were charged but did not receive access to the purchased test series within 24 hours due to a technical or payment processing error.
- Duplicate charge: If your payment was debited more than once for the same purchase due to a system error.
- Major content error: If a test series is found to contain significant errors that substantially affect the exam experience and cannot be corrected promptly.
Refunds are not available once a test has been started, once results have been viewed, or where access was successfully granted and used.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@mockorbit.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:
- Your registered mobile number or email address.
- The name of the test series purchased.
- Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number.
- A brief description of the issue.
We may ask for screenshots or additional information to verify your request.
3. Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is verified and approved:
- We will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
- The refunded amount will appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances — such as when a series has been partially accessed — we may offer a partial refund or platform credit at our discretion. The amount will be communicated to you before processing.
5. Discretionary Refunds
All refund decisions are at MockOrbit's sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above, or in cases where account misuse or policy violations are detected.
