1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using MockOrbit's website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

MockOrbit is available to individuals aged 16 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use paid services.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile OTP sessions).
• All activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at hello@mockorbit.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use MockOrbit for lawful personal exam preparation. You agree not to:

• Share, copy, distribute, or republish any test question, answer, or solution from our platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the platform.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions or paid access.
• Use the platform to infringe upon others' intellectual property or violate applicable law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where warranted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MockOrbit — including questions, explanations, analytics algorithms, design, and branding — is the exclusive property of MockOrbit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid test series are purchased on a one-time basis. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

7. Disclaimers

MockOrbit provides mock tests and analytics for preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee selection in any exam or employment. Our rank predictions are statistical estimates based on platform performance data and do not represent official exam results.

The platform is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MockOrbit's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
